Is a new account required when a user returns from leave after more than 12 months?

Accounts that are inactive longer than 12 months will be deleted alongside all personal data.  Once an account is deleted from CESP, a new user account will need to be created by the Company Administrator.

Will all Users who do not "react" after the "GDPR update" be blocked/deactivated?

All active CESP users will be asked to accept or decline the GDPR update on first login once the GDPR updates are applied, using CESP will not be possible until this is completed.

All non-active CESP users (e.g a user who is on leave or has not logged into CESP in a while), if they do not login to CESP within 90 days (3 months) from the GDPR update go live date, their account will be disabled. CESP support will send a reminder notification via email and inform them they have a further 276 days (9 months) to action the GDPR request or their account will be deleted alongside all personal data.
